Please kindly note that if you require assistance with the payment to the energy supplier or are unable to reach us right away, the best thing to do is to contact the supplier directly. Due to the security requirements, they will need to speak directly with the account holder over the phone.
The easiest way to contact your energy supplier is by going to your Switchd dashboard and selecting 'Contact supplier' function from the sidebar on the left.
You can find the supplier phone number in the emails sent to you during the switch.
