Once you sign up to Switchd you will get a Switchd account. This account has many features, and is essentially to make you switching experience as hassle free as possible. You can view your past and current switches, contact your supplier, submit meter readings and check your deal details.

Getting to know your Switchd dashboard
When you first visit your Switchd account a pop up will appear inviting you to go on a guided tour of your dashboard.
You can find the option to go on the tour whenever you like by going to the User Settings page in your dashboard. Scroll down and click "Take a Quick Tour (3 mins)".
If you ever have any questions about the dashboard, look for the green (i) information buttons, check out other help centre articles or send us a question through email or chat and we'll be happy to help.
Submit meter readings
Submitting meter readings is essential to ensuring your energy supplier bills you correctly for your energy use. So we have made submitting easy using your dashboard! All readings submitted are automatically forwarded to your supplier. You can also see all your past submissions. With your meter readings, we update your energy use information so that the next switch we do for you is made using up to date information!
Deals Details Page
This page tell you what your current and past deals are. As well as the monthly spend, it includes a breakdown of the pricing. This way you can easily compare the unit rates and standing charges and know that you are on cheaper deal than anywhere else!
Contact your supplier
You can go to "Contact your supplier" to reach out to your supplier. You can send an email from your Switchd email address or find their phone number.
Sending an email to your supplier is easy- just make sure you select the right supplier in the dropdown menu! You can also attach images, like photos of your meter, if you like. Any correspondence from the supplier will be automatically forwarded on to your personal email address, so you never miss a thing.
You will also be able to find the number of your current or previous suppliers so you can give them a call. just head to You will have a dropdown button in the "Contact your supplier" box to select the supplier you want to send the email to.
Please not, you can only contact the suppliers that we have switched you to using your Switchd dashboard.
