If you've moved home, it's possible you con't yet have a bill and won't know your supply numbers. If we're asking for these numbers from you it means we can't move forward with switching you yet.
Rather than waiting for a bill to arrive to find those numbers out, you can call your supplier to get the numbers.
If for example, you've just moved house you might not even know who the supplier of the property is but there are a couple of options:
- ask your landlord or letting agent;
- check out your distribution network operator (DNO) by giving them a call or looking online.
