Some of you may be paying your subscription from a joint bank account. If this applies to you, we recommend that you sign up using the name of the account holder on the card. This is important as we will share this information with your new supplier when we initiate the switch.

Can I add someone else to my account if they are not the account holder?

If there is a sole account holder responsible for the bills, we suggest signing up using only the account holder's details. We understand that you may not always be available to communicate with us, and you might need someone else to discuss your account on your behalf. In that case, please send us an email at team@switchd.co.uk with the person's name and your relationship to them, and we will add their details to your Switchd account.
