When you receive the new supplier and tariff details, you always have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel the switch - for any reason. 

We advise that you let us know as soon as possible that you'd like to cancel the switch and also the reason why you don't want to go ahead with it. We can then update your settings to make sure that we only switch to you to providers that match your preferences. 

On your Switchd dashboard you can edit your 'Switchd settings' which will allow you to deselect certain suppliers if you know you don't want to have your supplies with them. You can also choose settings such as only green tariffs, or what the minimum trust pilot rating you'd be happy with or your potential supplier.
