What is my supplier energy account for?
When you switch to a new energy supplier, you'll gain access to an online energy account where you can easily manage your bills, payments, and statements. Your account also offers detailed insights into your energy supply and provides quick links to the support center.

What can Switchd members expect?
Essentially, your experience will be the same as if you had signed up directly. Your supplier will create and manage your account.
The only difference is that you'll need to use your Switchd email address to log in. If you forget your Switchd email address, you can easily find it in all our email correspondences or on your Switchd dashboard.
How do I login to my energy account?
When you switch over to a new supplier, they will send you an email to create your account. This email will have an activation link and once you click on it you will be asked to create a new password. After you have successfully set up your account, you will be able to log into it in the future normally by following these simple steps:
- Go to the supplier’s website
- Use your Switchd email address as the login username
- Log in with the password you chose when setting up the account
