What is a forwarding email address?
Essentially everything sent to this email address will automatically be redirected on to your personal email address that you supplied to us in signing up to Switchd.
Why does Switchd use this?
This is because without it, we don’t have visibility on anything happening with your account and won’t be able to help during the switching process or alert you to any issues. The other common thing we see is that customers are having trouble receiving their reset password emails.
I’m not receiving any emails from my supplier?
Sometimes due to a high demand on our servers, the emails can take up to a few hours to be forwarded. If you are absolutely not getting any emails from the supplier, it is worth checking your junk folder. Occasionally if you’ve accidentally signed up with a mispelt personal email address this would mean you won’t be receiving the emails.
