You won't have been charged anything, this is just a confirmation message from our payment partner, GoCardless, that your direct debit has been setup. We won't charge you a penny until we've made you a saving of more than £50 on your energy bills.
Once we have saved you £50 or more, this direct debit setup means that you don't need to do anything further to keep paying for our service if you're on a paid plan.
You'll also get notified at least 3 working days before any payments are due.
