When you register for our service, we will set up a Direct Debit mandate to verify the account. We will not charge a penny until your first switch to a tariff saving at least £50. If you have a voucher code, you will receive an email notification with the date of when the first payment is due.

What is the Switchd Direct Debit for?
We charge a small subscription fee because we are powered by our members, not by energy firms. All our paid plans give you access to the whole market, not just to suppliers who pay a commission. This allows us to find the tariffs that are truly the cheapest and save an average £109 more than our free competitors!
How often will I get charged?
We charge our fees in 6-month blocks by Direct Debit. You will receive an email notification at least 3 working days before any payments are due!
Can I change my Switchd Direct Debit amount?
All of our paid plans include automated switching to all available suppliers. The difference is what customer support channels are available. For example, live chat is available on all plans whilst the phone support is only available on Standard and Premium plan.
If you would like to change the plan, simply open Switchd dashboard and select 'User settings' from the top right corner of the screen (next to the Logout function). You will see 'Your account settings' box and have an option to select a different plan from the dropdown list.
