Please kindly note that if require assistance with the payment to the energy supplier, the best thing to do is to contact the supplier directly. Due to the security requirements, they will need to speak directly with the account holder.
The easiest way to contact your energy supplier is by going to your Switchd dashboard and selecting 'Contact supplier' function from the sidebar on the left. You can find the supplier phone number in the emails sent to you during the switch.
