Having trouble viewing your online account with your supplier?
One of the most common things we see is customers not being able to sign in to their online accounts for their suppliers. The most common reason for not being able to log into a supplier account is the account not have been set up in the first place.
Why don’t Switchd set this up for me?
Switchd don’t set up accounts for customers as it requires setting passwords for the customer. However, we send you a link where you can set up your new supplier account which you can use to set your own password.
Why do I have to use a Switchd email address?
Always remember to set the account up using the getswitchd email address provided with your Switchd account. Otherwise our systems won’t be able to work properly. Please see page on the forwarding email for more information.
"Reset your password" emails, providing set up was done correctly, are sent to your personal email despite the account being set up under the getswitchd email address. There may be a slight delay in receiving the email, but essentially the getswitchd email address is a forwarding email address, and so all emails sent to this address are automatically forwarded the personal email address used to set up the Switchd account.
